RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION POLICIES
- No charge for children under 12 years of age staying with parents
- Payment for holiday stays will require 100% pre-payment to confirm reservation by cash or credit card.
- A charge of 50% will incur should the reservation be cancelled within 8-15 days before arrival for non-holiday stays, and for cancellation within 30 days before a holiday stay (Christmas through New Years and Easter Week).
- Should the reservation be cancelled within 7 days before arrival for a non-holiday stay, or in case of a no-show, there will be no refund. Should the reservation be cancelled within 30 days before arrival for a holiday stay (Christmas through New Years and Easter Week), or in case of a no-show, there will be no refund.
